“The Pub Session is music at its most inclusive. It’s part of the social glue. There’s a wonderful feeling—it’s not competitive, no one’s there to score points off of anyone else—it’s just making music for the pure love of it. And for the people coming to listen, it’s for the pure love of listening to it. It’s a lovely thing to be part of.”

About
The Lansing Irish Seisiún:
The Soul of Irish Traditional Music in the Heart of Michigan!
Come listen to the finest traditional Irish music in the warmth and friendship of an Irish pub.
The Lansing Irish Seisiún (session) is an informal network of musicians who gather together on Sunday to enjoy and to share their love of Irish Traditional Music. Bright and soulful tunes with intricate melodies flow from their circle of fiddles, flutes, harp, tinwhistles, bodhran, mandolin and guitar. The tunes they play are from a living tradition of Irish dance music that can date back 300 years.
